  • Situated in the Medical hub of Richmond the 10 dwellings (9 townhouses and 1 apartment) interfaces onto a busy zone, the approach to the design was to use robust and durable material palette consisting of a richly glazed blackstone patterned brick and concrete render softened by the articulated timber and steel fence and entry way. The pedestrian access is via an open air common walkway creating a sense of contextualization with the location, car parking has been centralized via the rear street.
