Rowena Parade is a new home that was constructed on a generous sub-divided allotment tucked behind a row of two storey terraces on Richmond Hill and is accessed via a narrow bluestone laneway. The house is built over 4 levels with the ground floor living spaces opening onto a north facing garden and swimming pool area. A central lift extends from the basement to the roof terrace with views of the city skyline and the MCG. This project was featured in Grand Designs.
